RED is a great movie and I already saw it twice. I've
enjoyed it both times, even though I haven't read the comic books that the
movie is based on. Like many other movies based on comic books, this one is
also quite different. The comic book's fans might not love it because of this,
but for the rest of us, this is a great comedy and action movie.
I personally love all the actors that were chosen to play in
RED, from Bruce Willis, to Morgan Freeman or Mary Louise Parker. All the major
characters in the movie are well known and the movie is so much better thanks
to their presence in it.
In this movie you will see explosions, gun fights, fist
fights and plenty of comedy. It's not a movie full of mystery and you don't
really want that from a movie of this type. You just want something fun to make
your day, and RED certainly delivers in this department.
All in all, I think RED is a great movie, one of the best of
2010. If you like comedies and action movies, chances are that you're going to
rank this one in your top 3. RED is a movie that I will surely rent when it
comes out, but in the meantime you can see it in cinema when it comes to your
city. If you want a funny movie with plenty of action go see this one. If you
like any of the main actors, you will not be disappointed, as they all had good
performances.
